THE COATING PROCESS:

A professional ceramic coating is not a simple "wipe on/wipe off" installation. Proper preparation of the paint is crucial and necessary for maximum bonding and life expectancy, which is time consuming and requires an eye for detail. All of our ceramic packages include the following steps:

  • Multi-stage iron decontamination wash with claybar treatment to remove embedded contaminants

  • One step machine polish with gloss enhancement to further smooth the paint's surface

  • Panel prep cleansing to remove any remaining oils and polish residue, which is essential for creating a strong bond

  • Ceramic coating applied and buffed by hand

Paint correction plays a significant role in achieving spectacular ceramic coating results and is required to form a strong bond between the ceramic and paint. Final pricing is based on the size and amount of paint correction the vehicle requires.
